Codie Seier

Codie's professional experience includes working as a Senior User Experience (UX) Research Analyst at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University where she works to innovate the learner experience in higher education. Prior to this, she worked in higher education in roles including Team Lead in the College of Business, Faculty Quality Manager, and Associate Campus Director. She has been a seasoned military spouse for 18 years, with 15 years being stationed overseas and serving the military community abroad. Codie is an avid volunteer and has served in various capacities for several organizations, including Americans Working Around the Globe, the Air Force Key Spouse program, PTSA, and community organizations at several installations. Codie received her Bachelor of Science degree in Aviation Technology from the University of Alaska Anchorage and earned a Masters of Science degree in Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Most recently, she has started her Ph.D. at Liberty University in the field of Leadership. She believes passionately in leadership, advocating for others, the power of networking, and leaving things better than she found them. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, baking, and being outside in the sunshine. Codie is married to Robert Seier, currently an active duty airman in the United States Air Force stationed at Whiteman AFB, Missouri. They have three children, Nolan, Linley and Maisie.
