Kelly Harrison

Kelly Harrison is an award-winning helicopter pilot, retired Navy Commander, executive and team coach, and influential keynote speaker. She is the founder of Mindfully Crafted Solutions, a business focused on collaborating with organizations’ leaders to improve communication and effectiveness through designing and implementing deliberate change efforts.  She honed her collaborative leadership style in many high-stakes leadership positions during her 21 years in service, in a defense technology startup, and in the boardroom.  She most enjoys sharing the insights she gained from the ups and downs she experienced on her journey to success.

Kelly has a Master of Business Administration from the Kelley School (Indiana University), a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy and Policy from National Defense University’s Eisenhower School, and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the University of Notre Dame. Kelly enjoys volunteering with Severn Leadership Group as a program manager, with her daughter’s Brownie Troop (Girl Scouts of America), and spending time with her family.
