Leadership Formation in a Rapidly Changing World

Our world is changing rapidly, and 79 percent of employees do not trust their organization to manage change effectively. With increasing technological advances, 58 percent of employees fear automation will eliminate their roles. And because of the quality of leadership, 69 percent of employees are not engaged or are actively disengaged.
