We Develop Your Leadership Team Together

The Teams Program is designed to positively impact your organization’s culture and improve overall performance by investing in and empowering your leaders and their teams together. Learning side by side, your team develops a shared language and a common commitment to servant leadership, while each participant still receives one-on-one mentoring and an individual EQ-i assessment and coaching session.

Our Leadership Perspective

Our leadership perspective is a systems-based approach grounded in the same four precepts that anchor every SLG program.

  1. Leadership and followership are defined by one’s character.
  2. Character is shaped by a core set of timeless virtues.
  3. Service to others is not a style of leadership, but a learned behavior.
  4. Leadership and followership together create effective teams.

A Shared Transformational Arc

Your team moves through the program together, rather than sending individuals through one at a time. The timing is similar to the Fellows Program arc of five months and nine sessions, with content built specifically for your team. That shared timeline is what makes the change stick: your leaders are building a common language and holding each other to it in real time, rather than comparing notes after separate training sessions.

Who This Is For

Intact leadership teams, typically six to ten people, who want to build trust and lead with a shared standard rather than through different personal styles. The program is a strong fit both for teams who have been together for some time and for newly formed teams brought together through mergers or organizational restructuring.

What the Curriculum Covers

Customized modules, led by an SLG executive and a specialized senior SLG Mentor, built around your organization’s specific needs.

The LITER virtues

A shared operating language for the team, not just an individual framework.

The team-first principle

Applying the idea that leadership begins with you, but is not about you, at the team level.

Applied frameworks

Your team uses these to address real, current work during the program, not hypothetical case studies.

Trust and transparency

The mechanism that enables and supports cultural change.

Certified Mentorship Is the Foundation

Every person on your team is paired with a personalized SLG Mentor for the duration of the program, someone from outside your organization who holds them accountable and helps sustain excellence long after the formal program ends.

One-to-one guidance

From experienced, high-character leaders, matched individually to each of your team members.

Who your mentors are

Executives, founders, and senior leaders who have chosen to pass on what they have earned, from business, the military, nonprofits, and government.

Support during and after

The mentor relationship does not end when your team’s cohort does.

Not Ready for a Full Team Cohort Yet?

The organizations that succeed in building a lasting culture of virtuous leadership rarely get there by sending one person through one program. If a full team cohort is not the right first step for you, sending several leaders through the Fellows Program individually is a proven way to start building a critical mass before committing to a full team engagement.

Investment

Pricing is custom per engagement, based on team size, modality, and program length.
